Yoga and Meditation

The art in art psychotherapy and the body in Yoga can be used to provide an anchor and focusing of attention, in order that we can explore experience, experience mindfully and make more conscious choices. This is why I integrate Yoga/meditation and art psychotherapy into my practice with clients.

It is basically a focused self-knowledge that includes several facets, body sensations, states, feelings, images and thoughts as they move in and out of your consciousness.
